When you list your current home with Grant and also purchase your next home through Grant, the listing-side fee can be as low as $2,500 flat. Exact eligibility and qualifying conditions are confirmed in your listing agreement and a free consultation. Buyer-agent compensation on the sale is a separate, negotiable line item — Grant will walk through that with you so there are no surprises.
What's actually included in a 1% listing?
The same full-service experience: professional photography, pre-listing pricing strategy, MLS exposure, syndicated portal marketing, coordinated showings, offer review and negotiation, contract management, and closing coordination from binding contract to keys. Nothing meaningful is stripped out to hit the lower fee.
Why list at 1% when most agents charge 3%?
The traditional 3% listing fee is a default, not a requirement. With efficient marketing tools, modern syndication, and a tight personal workflow, Grant can deliver the same listing experience at a lower fee — and pass the savings to clients. "Cost does not always equal quality" cuts both ways.
